Q.      What does No Win, No Fee actually mean?

A.      This means that you won't have to pay us unless you win your case.

Q.      How long do I have to make a claim?

A.      If you are over 18 years old and your accident happened in the UK you have 3 years from the date of the accident in which to make a claim for compensation.  If you are under 18 years old you have 3 years from the date of your 18th birthday in which to make a claim for compensation.  Don't delay, the sooner you make a claim the more chance you have of being successful.

Q.      Will I have to go to Court?

A.      The vast majority of cases are settled without any need for Court attendance.

Q.      Will people think less of me for claiming?

A.      It is important to remember that you deserve to receive proper compensation for any injury you have suffered as a result of the negligence on the part of another. Your employer is not allowed to treat you unfairly or dismiss you for making a workplace accident claim. They are also required by law to have insurance against staff accidents. This means that their insurance company will pay your accident compensation, not your employer. What happens next?
